The problem
Their WordPress site took about five seconds to load and looked the same on a phone as it did in 2016. The Business Profile was claimed but barely maintained, seasonal demand swung the phones from flooded to silent, and the ads budget ran on broad match — paying for clicks from people who were never going to book.
What we did
We rebuilt the site as a hybrid React.js build with a page for every service and every neighbourhood they truck to, rebuilt the Business Profile with weekly posts and a steady review flow, wired call tracking into the dashboard so every ring had a source, and ran call-only ads for emergency terms when the weather spiked demand.
The result
Within 30 days of launch the company was booking two calls a day. Priority terms sit in the top three of the map pack, and the monthly report shows the cost of every booked call — so the owner decides where the next dollar goes, not the agency.
