Lead generation isn't one channel. It's the result. We put search, Google Maps, ads, social and AI answers into one plan, aimed at one number: leads you can quote, at a cost you see before anything spends.
Tell us about your business. Within 2 business days you get a plan showing the channels we'd use, the budget for each, and the leads and cost per lead to expect.

Plenty of marketing. Not enough leads you can bill.
Four versions of the same problem. Open each one to see what it looks like fixed.
Every vendor sells you their channel.
The SEO company says SEO. The ads company says ads. Nobody answers for the total, so you get three invoices and no single number that says whether the month worked.

The leads come in bursts, then silence.
One channel means one point of failure. A Google update, a slow season or a competitor outbidding you, and the phone goes quiet with nothing else carrying the load.

Half the "leads" were never going to buy.
Out-of-area calls, price shoppers, the wrong service. If nobody defines what a good lead is, nobody can measure it, and the budget keeps flowing to the channels that bring the wrong ones.

You can't tell which dollar produced which job.
Without call tracking and a source on every lead, budget decisions are guesses. The channel that feels busiest is often not the one bringing the cheapest customers.

What does a lead cost you today?
Total marketing spend last month, divided by the leads you could actually quote. Most owners have never done that division, and it's the only number that lets you compare channels, vendors and months.
How the machine fits together
Five parts, one pipe. Every part moves a stranger one step closer to a job, and every step is counted.
People ready to buy.
Google, Maps, AI answers and ads: people looking for what you sell, today.
A page built to convert.
Loads fast, answers the exact search, phone number and a short form on every screen.
The enquiry.
A call or a form, tracked, recorded and sent to you within seconds.
Counted the way you count.
We agree up front what a real lead is, and report every channel against it.
What each lead became.
Quotes, jobs and orders. The numbers that matter at month end.

The order matters. Make sure leads can convert, start with the channels that pay back fastest, then build the ones that compound.
Week 1
Your numbers, then the channel order.
What a customer is worth, how many you can handle, and what share of quotes close. The plan is built backward from those three answers: fast channels first, compounding channels behind them.
Weeks 1–3
Make sure leads can convert.
Landing pages, call tracking, form routing and instant lead alerts, so day one of traffic is day one of countable leads.
Every month
Budget follows the jobs.
Cost per lead and what each lead became, channel by channel, decide where next month's money goes. As search and AI visibility grow, you choose: keep the paid spend, or let it shrink.
If you fill up, a good problem, we slow spend down rather than send leads nobody can answer.
Get a lead plan for your budget, before you spend a dollar.
Your free growth plan sizes the demand in your area, picks the channels in the order they'd pay back, and puts numbers on it.
1Where your leads would come from. The channels we'd use, in order, and why.
2What it costs. The monthly budget for each channel, with ad spend and our fee shown separately.
3What to expect. Estimated leads and cost per lead for your market, and when they'd start.
If your business isn't ready for more leads yet, or a channel won't pay back in your market, we'll say so.

Lead generation questions owners ask us
How is this different from buying leads?
Lead vendors often sell the same enquiry to several of your competitors, and they keep the asset. We build a pipeline you own: your rankings, your pages, your data. Every lead is yours alone.
Which channels will you use for my business?
Whatever pays back fastest, in order. Emergency trades usually start with Google Ads and Local Services Ads; considered purchases add Meta ads; B2B leans on search and AI answers. Your plan shows the order and the reasoning.
Which channel should I start with?
The one closest to people who are ready to buy today, usually Google Ads or Local Services Ads, while Local SEO builds behind it. If your budget only covers one channel, we'll do one channel properly rather than three badly.
Do you run Google Local Services Ads?
Yes. We set them up, get you through Google's verification, and manage them alongside your search ads. Not every trade or area qualifies; your plan will say whether yours does.
What counts as a lead?
Your definition: the service, the area, the job size and the timing, agreed before launch. We report every channel against it.
How many leads can I expect?
That's what the free plan tells you: estimated leads, by when, at what cost, for your market. Every month we report against that estimate, and if we're off, you hear why and what we're changing.
What does it cost?
Local SEO starts at $1,000 a month and AI SEO at $1,500. Google, Local Services and Meta ad spend typically runs $1,000 to $10,000 a month, plus our management. Your plan shows each part separately.
How fast does it start?
Ads usually bring the first leads within days of launch. Search and AI visibility build over months behind them, so the fast channels fund the slow ones.
Do you work for B2B companies?
Yes. Many of our clients are manufacturers, suppliers and professional firms. We count quote requests and follow them through to orders, and we plan for sales cycles that take months.
What happens when I'm at capacity?
We slow spend down rather than send leads you can't answer, and shift budget toward the channels that build long-term visibility. You never pay for leads that ring out.
More questions (2)
Who does the work?
Our own team in the Toronto-area office. The people who plan your pipeline run it. Nothing is passed to an outside network.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Plans are month to month. The work compounds, so most clients stay for years — but they stay because the reports keep earning it, not because a contract makes them.
