Who we are
Wisdek Corp. (“Wisdek”, “we”, “us”) is a digital marketing agency at 180 Brodie Drive, Unit 5, Richmond Hill, ON L4B 3K8, Canada. This policy covers the personal information we handle through this website and when you contact us. We handle personal information in line with Canada’s PIPEDA and, where it applies, Ontario privacy law.
What we collect
When you send us a form on this site, we collect what you type: your name, phone number, email address, website address, an optional budget range, and anything you write about your business. If you call or email us, we keep the correspondence. Like most websites, our hosting and analytics also record standard technical data — IP address, browser type, pages visited and when.
How we use it
We use what you send us for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to run your campaigns and report on them. We use the technical data to keep the site working, measure which pages are useful, and improve them. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone outside Wisdek except the service providers below.
Service providers
We use reputable providers to run our business — website hosting, email, analytics such as Google Analytics, and advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Meta when we measure campaigns. These providers process data on our behalf and may store it outside Canada (for example, in the United States). We only share what is needed for the service to work.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics and, where campaigns are running, for ad measurement. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site works without them. Where required, we ask for consent before setting non-essential cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and client records for as long as we work together plus the period our legal and tax obligations require. Technical logs are kept on standard rotation by our hosting provider.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and you can withdraw consent to marketing messages at any time. Write to contact@wisdek.com or call 416-514-1672 and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
