The content is for general information about our services; it is not professional advice for your specific situation until we are engaged and have studied your business.
The free growth plan
The free growth plan is a genuine, no-obligation document we prepare for your business. Requesting one does not create a client relationship, and you are free to take the plan and use it without hiring us. We may decline to prepare a plan where we are not a fit, and we will say so plainly.
Results and estimates
Numbers on this site come from real client accounts, named or anonymized, and are accurate for those clients at the dates shown. They are examples, not promises: your market, budget and starting point are different. Where we make a written commitment, it is set out in the service agreement you sign, not on this website.
Intellectual property
The content, design and illustrations on this site belong to Wisdek or our licensors. Client names, logos and screenshots appear with permission. You may not copy or republish the site’s content without our written consent, except brief quotes with a link back.
Liability
We work hard to keep this website accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Wisdek is not liable for losses arising from reliance on website content or from interruptions to the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply in Ontario. Any dispute about this website will be dealt with by the courts of Ontario.
